Dr. Ferro Delivers Prestigious 2025 Carol Buck Lecture at Western University

On December 5, 2025, Dr. Mark Ferro, Canada Research Chair in Youth Mental Health and Director of the ARCH Lab, delivered the Annual Carol Buck Lecture at Western University’s Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry—a distinguished event that honors leadership in epidemiology and biostatistics.

His presentation, “Drops of Prevention: Approaches to Reducing the Burden of Physical-Mental Multimorbidity in Children,” shared updated findings from the MY LIFE study and highlighted strategies to reduce the impact of co-occurring physical and mental health conditions among youth. Topics included:
